IN THIS LESSON
This course will teach students how to build a signature portfolio, we will help guide you through selecting your best work, adding reflective statements about their learning process, organizing the content logically, incorporate a resume or personal statement, choose a digital platform to showcase your work, and encouraging you to regularly update and reflect on your portfolio to demonstrate growth over time.
• We will teach you how to present your collection in a way that is marketable and showcases your creativity. We will show you how to select colors and fabrics that match your collection's theme and target market.
• Learn technical skill such as pattern making, draping, and tailoring. This will help you develop creative concepts and themes for your collection.
• We will show you how to research trends and identify a target market. This will be a key component in focusing your creative efforts on a specific group of consumers.
