This class will teach students the importance of fabrics materials and how it is used to create silhouettes and aesthetics. Learning the structure of a textile, woven or knitted, will comprises unique qualities that help determine the shape of the final design. We will teach you art processes such as weaving, printing, dyeing, and embroidery.

This class will teach students how to how to create a collection of designs that are well-rounded, commercially viable, and reflect their creativity and taste. These are the core essentials you will need to work in design offices, collaborate with fashion designers, provide fashion consulting, and create a portfolio of their work

This class will teach students how to build a signature portfolio, we will help guide you through selecting your best work, adding reflective statements about their learning process, organizing the content logically, incorporate a resume or personal statement, choose a digital platform to showcase your work, and encouraging you to regularly update and reflect on your portfolio to demonstrate growth over time.
